Operandi Consulting are recruiting for a permanent IT Manager for a Melbourne based company.

We are seeking an innovative, enthusiastic and experienced IT Manager to lead and manage a team of 5 dedicated staff.

The role will involve keeping Technology Delivery on track and providing innovative ideas to provide transformative IT to support and enable the business to continue to grow and thrive.

The IT Manager role will need to have an excellent all-round understanding of Information Communication and Technology and be an escalation point for the team when needed.

The IT Manager will have worked in a Microsoft environment, O365, TEAMS and Azure / AWS / GCP / Multi-cloud environments.

With the ability to work as a Program Manager & Project Manager to deliver a 'Digital First' experience, Business Process Automation, Cloud Services Transitions and ITSM / IT service delivery programs.

Excellent Vendor Management and engagement skills you will manage existing suppliers and when required develop business cases to engage new suppliers.

From board member to business user the role will continue built trust in the IT strategy through stakeholder engagement, consistent delivery and hands-on change management and leadership of in-house and outsourced teams.

This role will continue to drive substantial gains in productivity and efficiency through strategic IT planning and delivery through digital transformation, cloud adoption, and process automation.

Continue to transformed ad-hoc, risky IT operations, eliminating legacy systems and delivering significant end-user, customer and commercial value through IT strategies that empower the business to serve customers in a 'Digital First' way.
