**Performance & Benefits Realisation Manager**

Latitude IT has been engaged by a renowned brand with a great working culture to help build a new team within the Technology stream enabling and supporting all program delivery.

One of the key requirements they have is for a Performance & Benefits Value and Realisation Manager. This position that has 3 main aspects
- Create + manage the benefit management framework and roll out across all the delivery functions;
- Analyse and look after both the financial and non-financial benefits realised;
- Track and measure the key components of the strategy and governance forum whilst working closely with the internal technology group.

Location: Melbourne

Start: As soon as possible

**Salary**: 140,000-165,000 + super

**Requirements**:

- Experience managing Benefit Management frameworks, ideally for a technology function;
- Beneficial: Understanding of technology strategy and planning cycles;
- Having a background in accounting, financial analyses or MBA is highly beneficial.
