**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress, to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Identify and assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and ensure alignment among team members, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to update stakeholders on project status and risk assessment.
- Continuously improve project management processes and implement best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration).
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
