**About the role**
- Providing day-to-day supervision and support to our diverse cleaning workforce, including on-site job coaching and training.
- Prioritising, organising and allocating work areas and tasks to cleaning staff.
- Ensuring all cleaning is completed in accordance with Customer Service Standards and Contract Specifications (including pre, interim and final quality inspections).
- Management of resources and rostering, alongside the management team.
- Communicating with customers in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Managing quality, compliance and administrative activities as relevant to your allocated sites and teams.

**About You**
- Experience working in a direct leadership role within the cleaning industry.
- Good skills in training, compliance and quality management.
- The ability to develop relationships and communicate with customers.
- The desire to contribute to our purpose.
- A current Victorian drivers licence.
- The flexibility to work a variety of hours, including outside normal business hours (e.g. between 6am-11pm).
- Experience in working with people who live with a disability or face barriers to employment will also be highly regarded.
- Australian National Police Check, Legal Rights to work in Australia and evidence of vaccination against COVID-19. White Card and NDIS Workers' Screening Check may be required.

Clean Force Property Services is a multi-award-winning commercial cleaning and grounds maintenance social enterprise of WISE Employment Ltd and is responsible for providing cleaning services to over 100 customers throughout Victoria & New South Wales. We work across the social housing, commercial, hospitality, telecommunications, local and federal government, and infrastructure industries.

Our purpose is to provide meaningful and sustainable employment for people who may have been previously excluded from the general labour market due to enduring mental illnesses, learning disabilities, and other types of disadvantage, such as refugees and the long-term unemployed, all while providing commercial cleaning and grounds services.
