**Description**:
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate that you can:
Undertake responsibility of all Warehouse activities.
Manage focused Warehouse team, communicate any delays or issues, stock control, distribution of products and customer service.
Manage Warehouse processes with a high level of computer literacy.
Work under pressure and use excellent problem solving skills.

**Skills and Experiences**:
A positive can-do attitude with a high quality of workmanship. You must be committed to delivering excellent results and be proactive and hands-on with overseeing a small but high performing team. In addition to this, you will:
Be enthusiastic
Be professional, ambitious, confident and have high levels of self-motivation and drive
Have excellent communication and leadership skills
Be organised and have a keen eye for detail
Have excellent people skills

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Minimum of 5 years warehousing experience
Experience in a similar role
Ability to coach and mentor your team
Demonstratable knowledge of WHS & Chain of Responsibility
