Team Leader for Australia's First Gluten Free Cannoli Bar

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced team leader to join our team at Eat Cannoli Eat Cannoli offers a unique experience for customers, providing a range of gluten-free cannoli flavours that are made fresh daily.

As the team leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of passionate and dedicated individuals to ensure the smooth running the Cafe. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a warm and friendly welcome and leave satisfied with their cannoli experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the cannoli bar, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage the scheduling of team members to ensure that the cannoli bar is adequately staffed at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that all cannoli are made fresh and to the highest standard.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cannoli bar.
- Respond to customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Continuously look for ways to improve and enhance the customer experience at Eat Cannoli.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality or food industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellent results.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for food and customer service, with a willingness to go above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience for our customers.
- Understanding of gluten-free products and dietary requirements preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
