Monday - Saturday roster
A full-time position available for an enthusiastic and energetic individual looking to join a growing team. You will be at the forefront of our mission to redefine bathroom and kitchen aesthetics in the renovation and new build sector.
- Permanent full-time position

Combined with your strategic thinking, industry experience, product knowledge and ability to leverage on your network of clients, you will work with the team to deliver solutions that drive business profitability and customer satisfaction.
To be successful, you will require the following experience & skills.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Strategic prospecting: Research potential client businesses and identify valuable opportunities for our exceptional products
- Product knowledge mastery: Stay up to date with our products and market dynamics, providing insightful guidance to clients.
- Client engagement: Foster strong relationships with regular and potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our goods and services.
- Solution consultation: Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and persuasively explain their benefits.
- Market insights: Keep an eye on evolving customer preferences and competitor actions, sharing these insights with the sales management team.
- Negotiation and transactions: Handle quoting, pricing, and contracts to ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.
- Logistics Co-ordination: Arrange deliveries, installations, and services, providing a seamless experience for clients.
- Performance reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, provide comprehensive reports, and manage business expenses efficiently.
- Client relationship management: Follow up with client’s post-purchase to address concerns and ensure satisfaction. Form trusting relationships with customers through solution-based sales and after sales service.
- Time management optimization: Provide timely and accurate product & services information. Ability to multitask and prioritise our work effectively and efficiently.
- Putting your technical and practical knowledge to commercial use; quotations, tenders, scheduling, process sales and deliveries.
- Assist to develop and provide product and technical sales training protocols, processes and procedures.
- Provide technical solutions making product recommendations by assessing customer requirements resulting in accurate selection of products.
Qualifications: Tertiary qualification:
- Proven track record of technical sales experience in home improvement or related renovation industry - Minimum of 1 year experience required.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Stellar interpersonal prowess encompassing relationship management, negotiation, critical thinking, and self-assurance.
- The ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clientele.
- Proficient in outreach, networking, and cold calling for potential opportunities.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
- An unwavering drive to achieve and a hands-on approach when required.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and provide strategic insights.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Driver Licence (preferred)
