- Demonstrated ability to use CRM/ATS and recruiter technology, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search, JobAdder experience.
- We are looking for a Recruiter that has experience in the end-to-end recruitment process. You may have gained this experience in an agency or even working in a similar onsite role.
- Remain genuine, honest and collaborative in all communications.

**About the role and responsibilities**:
**As a recruiter at e2e you will be responsible to manage the e2e talent acquisition process; job briefs, proactive sourcing, screening, assessments, offer management, and onboarding. It is your responsibility to ensure recruitment needs are met, sharing critical information with our BDM’s and keeping them regularly update on the progress, your day-to-day activities will include.**
- Cultivate strong knowledge of the IT project industry.
- Attend a job briefing for all positions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through operational and strategic projects/initiatives.
- Talent pooling for upcoming roles or in-demand skillsets.
- Providing market updates to BDMs on trending skills.
- Working with BDMs to coordinate recruitment activities.
- Providing interview preparation, advice, and feedback.
- Performing reference checks.
