**About the Opportunity**

The **Sorted Customer Support Coordinator** plays a key role in supporting retailers and suppliers using the Sorted eCommerce platform. You’ll manage customer queries, maintain data accuracy, and create training content to help users trade online confidently.

**In this Role**

- Manage inbound queries via Salesforce and resolve issues promptly
- Troubleshoot ordering, invoicing, and navigation challenges
- Maintain and validate supplier and product data
- Support onboarding, invoicing, and operational processes
- Develop training content and FAQs for Sorted users
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience

**You’re Likely a Match If**

- You have experience in customer support or service operations (retail/eCommerce preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce and digital learning tools (WalkMe desirable)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment
