As the General Manager’s trusted partner, you will handle a broad range of high-level administrative and operational tasks, creating capacity for strategic initiatives and business development. While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, we value drive, ambition, and cultural fit above all.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Streamline and improve operational systems and processes.
- Anticipate and solve problems with practical, sustainable solutions.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions.
- Support business growth initiatives, tenders, and submissions.
- Oversee office administration and compliance processes.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update procedures, ensuring relevance and compliance.
- Support sales, marketing, and event activities.
