KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Senior Owners Corporation Manager, you assist with:
1. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
2. Managing common property maintenance and repairs
3. Preparing reports and correspondence
4. Attending meetings
5. Resolving disputes and complaints
MANDATORY SKILLS
1. *Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
2. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. *Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
4. *Ability to solve problems
EXPERIENCE
Ideally you have at least 12 months of experience in the Owners Corporation/Body Corporate industry and am looking to take the next step in your career.
General real estate and other professionals with the right skills and attitude are also welcome to apply.
