Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales success? Join our team as a **Software Sales and Licensing Administrator for TUFLOW** and support the growth and success of our suite of software products. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing superior customer service to our current and potential users, ensuring they have a seamless experience throughout their software purchase and licensing journey.
**In this role you will be able to**:
- Superior Customer Service: Delivering a high-quality customer service experience that leaves a lasting positive impression on our clients.
- Efficient Order Processing: Issuing software purchase and rental quotes, processing accepted quotes (including invoicing purchase orders and issuing software licenses), and coordinating with the BMT Business Support Team to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Training Support: Issuing software training quotes, processing accepted quotes, and managing accounts receivable related to training services.
- Financial Management: Collaborating with the BMT Finance Team to ensure timely and accurate management of accounts receivable and payable processes for all TUFLOW products and services.
- Inventory Management: Taking charge of stock management, ensuring the availability and proper management of TUFLOW licenses and associated dongles.
**Relevant Education, Experience, and Skills**:
- Accounts aptitude/experience/background, with experience in accounts receivable being desirable.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders effectively.
