**The Role**:
The ARB State Manager - NSW/ACT is responsible for the safe and profitable management of all aspects of ARB's sales and distribution operations within New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.

The State Manager's role includes ensuring safe work practices, supporting team member development, enabling high levels of customer service, delivering on presentations and brand standards, facilitating the opening of new corporate and private stores and enabling sales and profit outcomes as per the objectives. The responsibilities cover the State office, ARB's company-operated branches, the ARB state distribution centre, private ARB stores, stockists and resellers, motor vehicle dealers and fleet customers. All sales and distribution activities through retail, dealer, stockist, fleet and trade reseller customers fall under the control of the State Manager.

**About you**:

- Experience leading a large and diverse workforce in a retail and wholesale network sales environment.
- An understanding of the automotive and automotive aftermarket industry would be advantageous.
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others to achieve team success.
- Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate sales opportunities and invest to drive growth.
- Customer obsessed; ensuring an outstanding level of service to both internal and external customers.
