An exciting opportunity has arisen at this quality ECE provider. This organisation has a national footprint and a commitment to professional development within a supportive management structure.

**Your new role**
This State Manager of ACT role reports to the General Manager and offers a supportive network liaising with the other State Managers. This is a new role as the number of services in ACT has grown.

The organisation has an Operations Team as well as a Quality and compliance team. You will oversee both areas providing guidance on all areas of service operations from a business and quality perspective.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- ECT / Diploma qualification
- Certificate IV in training and assessment - desirable
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Multi-site management experience
- Business acumen
- A passion for quality ECE practice
