We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused person to join our Service Team based in **Clayton**.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll work as part of a team to deliver reliable, high-quality and proactive service to customers, focusing on coordinating service orders and enquires.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Handling phone-based customer enquiries;
- Organising quotes and arranging servicing dates with customers;
- Ordering parts from suppliers; and
- Liaising and coordinating with Service Technicians;

- You're able to build strong working relationships; and
- You're a great team player.

**Your experience**:

- Customer service experience within a call centre or customer service role, ideally within a trade based environment;
- You’ve had experience working in a fast-paced environment and you flourish when the pressure is on; and
- Whilst not essential, exposure to the HVAC industry would be highly regarded.

**Your qualifications**:

- Proficient in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Year 12 preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
