Job Description Summary
Exciting opportunity to join our customer contact and scheduling team, supporting secure long-term projects across Victoria.
About the Role
Service Stream’s TechSafe division are currently seeking customer contact/scheduling officers to support secure, long-term Government projects across Victoria. Based in our Clayton South office with some flexibility to work from home, you will be collaborating with our experienced team responsible for customer communication, scheduling and other related administrative duties, including:
- Contacting customers to arrange suitable appointment times (no sales or marketing calls)
- Providing assistance with inbound calls and queries
- Liaising with field workers to ensure weekly planners remain accurate and updated
- Administrative duties linked to reporting, billing and invoicing
About You:
- You’re enthusiastic and love working in a team
- You have strong communications skills
- You have great attention to detail and are comfortable following set processes
- You’re punctual and able to manage your time effectively
- You have basic experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
