**Description**:
**Cornell Diesel Systems **is a successful family-owned business seeking a friendly, customer focus receptionist. This is a key role in our business, you will be the first person customers and visitors to our premises will see therefore your natural engaging character and outstanding communication skills are welcome.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES HOWEVER NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Administration activities
- Taking bookings, job scheduling, and booking confirmation messages
- Greet customers/visitors in a professional and positive manner
- Invoicing functions into SAP for both suppliers and customers
- Liaising with distributors, assisting with parts ordering, and distribution of stock
- Attending to incoming/outgoing goods and allocating to jobs
- Maintain a presence at the front desk, the front area to be kept clean and tidy, including the customer lounge
- Good time management skills and attention to detail
- Process supplier invoices each month
- Arrange freight with TNT for parts shipment
- Processing part returns/credits
- Assist with ISO Audits
- Comply with ISO standards
- Support Sales Representative's requirements
- Assist with petty cash reconciling (receipts & disbursements) & banking

**KPI RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monthly Sales process & reports
- Customer needs and follow-ups
- Receiving of goods and services
