**About the role**

A newly created opportunity presents to join our National Learning & Development Team based at Gepps Cross. The National Learning & Development Coordinator will support business operations through the effective administration, coordination, and reporting of Stratco’s learning and development strategies and programs.

**Key responsibilities**
- Encourage, maintain, and strengthen the capabilities of our team by providing support and advice for training and training compliance related requirements
- Ensure training is collaborative, integrated and holistically addressed working with stakeholders throughout the business and RTO’s and Apprenticeship Centers
- Ensure the consistency, standardisation, and quality of all training including collation, input and reporting of competency data using various data management systems
- Provide support to SA and other states therefore interstate travel will be required

**About you**

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will possess:

- Understanding of accredited training packages and the Australian Quality Framework (AQF) for accredited training and/or have a Diploma of Vocational Education & Training
- Ability to quickly learn new IT systems and processes
- Previous experience within a retail and/or manufacturing environment will be highly regarded
- Strong administration and data management skills
- Proven experience in the coordination of training and management of competencies or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication skills and a personable, approachable team player attitude
