**About the role**

Stratco is looking for a motivated and organised professional to join our head office team at Gepps Cross to support the day-to-day Accounts Receivable and Administration functions across the business.

**Key responsibilities**
- Accurate allocation of customer payments
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Processing of credit notes
- Bank reconciliations
- Building and maintaining existing relationships with internal customers
- Undertake general administrative tasks including providing support to wider Finance team as required.

**About you**
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritise, plan and organise workload to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and learn new skills quickly
- Possess exceptional computer literacy, particularly with MS Excel
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
