**What You’ll do**

As our Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing, communicating, and executing National and State Marketing and Promotional Initiatives. Your mission is to achieve brand and sales objectives by creating and strategizing State-based digital programs, supporting Retail Implementation & Operations teams post-adoption.
- Efficiently synchronize and deliver National Marketing and PR campaigns at the state level, fostering cross-functional alignment with internal and external stakeholders, promoting National Marketing Events within the retail community to drive adoption, all while ensuring strict alignment with both national brand guidelines and state objectives.
- Lead the development and management of the state Marketing and Promotions calendar.
- Assist retailers with local area marketing programs aligned to pre-set KPIs.
- Manage communication and timelines for maximum IGA brand exposure.
- Plan and execute state events, including conferences and regional meetings.
- Oversee all state collateral adhering to IGA brand guidelines.
- Manage catalogue, promotional advertisements, POS, branded merchandise, and retailer communications.

**What You’ll bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or equivalent field.
- Strong knowledge of digital channels, campaign media, and customer journeys.
- Experience of sales and/or marketing, preferably in the retail supermarket sector
- Ability to convince, persuade, and close deals.
- Hands on experience implementing, managing, and optimising performance in various digital channels.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative thinker
