**About Stratco**

With an outstanding record of continual growth, Stratco has manufacturing plants and Home Improvement Stores throughout Australia and several international locations.

**About the role**

Stratco are looking for an experienced, organised and customer focused Accounts Administration professional to become an integral part of our national and international company located in our Gepps Cross head office.

**Key responsibilities**
- Accurate allocation of customer payments
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Processing of credit notes
- Bank Reconciliations
- Building & maintaining existing relationships with internal customers
- Undertake general administrative tasks including providing support to wider Finance team as required.

**About you**
- Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ability to prioritise, plan and organise workload to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and learn new skills quickly
- Possess exceptional computer literacy, particularly with MS Excel
