**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drive new listings and sales**:

- **Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience**

**Skills and Experience**:

- **Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and valid driver’s license**:

- **Strong knowledge of the real estate market, with CBD experience preferred**:

- **Prior sales experience** (desirable but not essential)
- **Proficiency with social media apps**

- Monday to Saturday (2 days off per week)

**Supplemental Pay Types**: Commission

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
