**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong buyer relationships, offering tailored property advice
- Organise and attend open inspections, private viewings and auctions to deliver a smooth buyer experience
- Guide clients throughout the sales process — from offer to negotiation, contract signing and settlement
- Actively develop your own listing sources through personal networking and BD outreach
- Achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction and brand visibility in the local market

**What We Look For**
- Legal working rights in Australia
- Valid Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate (REIV)
- Previous real estate sales experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (Mandarin or Cantonese a plus)
- Self-driven and goal-oriented — able to work independently and in a team

**What We Offer**

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
