About the Role
TheHR Services Officer has responsibilility in undertaking the below key tasks:
- Undertake operational duties to ensure the TRACER team meet the high daily workload required to support Queensland state schools.
- Liaise with TRACER clients including school staff, replacement teachers and departmental staff to provide advice, explain and resolve issues and promote the operation of TRACER.
- Act as a decision maker and an escalation point for TRACER operators to manage and resolve second level enquiries through to a satisfactory resolution.
- Assist the supervisor in leading the day to day operations of the TRACER unit to ensure professional delivery of services in a high volume environment.
