Human Resource Services Officer

**About the Role**:
The TRACER Team are a large human resource team within the Department of Education that support schools to meet their workforce needs by sourcing teachers for both casual and short term temporary positions. In this role some of the key responsibilities include:
- Finalise bookings, including the investigation and resolution of more complex bookings and tasks, working cooperatively with other HR officers to meet service delivery demands
- Resolve second level enquiries through to a satisfactory resolution, liaise with clients as required
- Liaise with clients, including school and departmental staff and replacement teachers about the TRACER process and when the opportunity arises, promote TRACER operations
- Contribute to a high functioning team
- actively support staff and celebrating achievements
- Undertake admin and/or project tasks as required to provide efficient administration support to TRACER clients and management
