**About You**:
A fantastic new opportunity has come available for an experienced ICT National Sales Manager to join our team, based in Brisbane QLD. We have exciting plans to significantly expand our current customer base with an expanded focus on a suite of managed services and new infrastructure technology offerings and are seeking a National Sales Manager to help drive and support our growth plans. With offices based across Australia, this role will be pivotal in supporting sales and our engineering workforce. The successful applicant will work with the existing sales force and expand this sales force to meet the growth expectations for the company.

**Key responsibilities;**
- As a trusted leader and advisor, you will work closely with the team to define account strategies to generate long term and short term customer success and business results
- Manage the sales team with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts
- Pipeline development through a combination of existing customers, warm leads, cold calling and market sector knowledge
- Provide mentoring and leadership to the sales team, holding them accountable for expected sales revenue and providing guidance to meet sales goals

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role within ICT Sales (Infrastructure, including data & voice)
- Ability to work within a highly competitive and complex environment
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and encourage the development of a strong, effective, and efficient professional team operating ethically and with clear focus on delivering outcomes
- Successful history of direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent over achievement against targets.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills including strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Demonstrated capacity to produce timely, critical, and predictive reports on business performance and emerging issues
- Ability to travel interstate as required

**Salary**: $180,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
