**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are currently seeking a well-presented, passionate and dynamic National Sales Manager to join our fantastic team This role involves leading, coaching, and managing a team of 6 sales professionals to drive sales and foster strong client relationships. This role also requires developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.

**DUTIES**
- Lead, coach and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Develop, implement, and review best practices and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Implement sales performance metrics to track and manage individual and team progress and hold them accountable.
- Collaborate with marketing, human resources, business leaders and executives to ensure operational alignment and transparency.
- Develop and manage the national sales budget and provide accurate sales forecasts to support financial planning and decision making.
- Win new business, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and ensure exceptional customer experience and service delivery.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership position.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Motivation, adaptability, and drive.
- Regular local and interstate travel is required.
