**About the Role**
Reporting to the Learning and Development Lead, the Learning and Development Coordinator will organise, support and coordinate learning programs and learning events, provide support to end users and residences in our learning management systems and assist with reports including mandatory training requirements.
This role is a Full time Permanent position, hybrid environment, working between home, residences and Head office located in Hampton East.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Organise events and programs, i.e book venues, invites, attendance, reports and follow ups;
- Oversee training schedules for national and state training programs;
- Support document control of training resources;
- Administration of the Learning management system for end user and for residences;
- Oversee and support the reporting of mandatory training requirements.
**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in health care/aged care;
- Creative flair, organised and process driven;
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and provide support within a team;
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail;
- Advanced skill in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook;
- Current driver’s licence and own car.
