**Marketing & Communications Coordinator**

We have an exciting new part time (3 days a week) opportunity for somebody to join our team in Melbourne. We are on the hunt for a proactive, creative, and enthusiastic part-time Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our stellar Marketing team.

This is a hybrid role between our Head Office in Hampton and working from home, with some visits to our Residences to collaborate with our frontline teams as required.

Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting our internal and external communications goals;
- Assisting and developing PR Arcare stories so they appear in local and national press, TV, radio, online and in industry journals regularly;
- Monitoring local area programs linking Arcare’s residents with local community groups and businesses;
- Working with our Content and Digital Marketing Specialists across video production, story generation, website maintenance and more;
- Creating internal flyers/posters to engage our large and diverse workforce;
- Overseeing the intranet space and ensuring content is up to date, relevant and easy to access.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, photography, PR or journalism is preferred
