**About the role**:
We are Australia’s fastest growing online auxiliary LED driving light brand and due to rapid global growth means we are looking for our next Outbound Warehouse Lead to support our Warehouse & Operations plans to deliver the STEDI experience to our growing customer base.

**The primary focus of this role will include (not limited to)**:

- Safety & Training ownership of all operational team members in line with group policy.
- Outbound orders management against business KPI’s.
- 3PL freight management and operations.
- Pick optimisation across Truganina facility.
- Managing outbound team daily.
- Working with Inbound Lead & DC Manager to optimise facility efficiency.
- DC safety standards compliance.
- Tasks as required from the DC Manager.
- Liaise with Customer Service team to deliver a great customer experience.
- Planning and execution resource plans to deliver outbound metrics.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences through their area of responsibility.
- Experience in Outbound Lead role or equivalent.
- Understanding of WMS systems and process.
- Great communicator that has a positive team attitude.
- Team player that genuinely enjoys working with other divisions to deliver leading customer experiences.
- Self motivated passionate operator that is invested in personal development.
- Detail orientated with strong analytical thinking capability.
- Uncompromised “Safety First” mindset.
- Creative thinker that enjoys challenges.
- Passion for 4WD/Automotive is a bonus however not essential.
