With a commitment to sustainability and innovation, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our growing team.

**Position Overview**:
As the Warehouse Team Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing warehouse operations in our electronic waste recycling facility. You will lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure the efficient and safe handling, processing, and disposal of electronic waste materials. This position requires a strong blend of leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for environmental sustainability.

**Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:
Supervise, mentor, and motivate warehouse personnel to achieve daily operational goals.

Provide training to team members on safety procedures, equipment operation, and industry best practices.

Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, ensuring effective communication and cooperation among team members.

**Warehouse Operations**:
Oversee the inbound and outbound flow of electronic waste materials. Achieve KPIs for the area by controlling Labor and Expenses. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate tracking and recording of materials.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and maintain a secure work environment.

**Quality Assurance**:
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the proper handling and disposal of electronic waste materials.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.

**Process Improvement**:
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the warehouse.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

**Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in a leadership role within a warehouse environment, preferably in the electronic waste or recycling industry.

Strong knowledge of electronic waste materials, handling procedures, and recycling processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Familiarity with safety regulations and commitment to creating a safe workplace.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic computer skills.

**Education and Experience**:
Previous experience in waste recycling or a related industry (Not mandatory)

Leadership or management training is a plus.

Forklift license is required.

**Salary**: From $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 43 per week

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
