This is a great opportunity to join our Supply Chain team as the Warehouse Manager based in our Truganina warehouse. You will be responsible for 4 direct reports and up to 30 indirect reports. You will manage the warehouse team and transport service providers’ performance and provide a customer-centric approach whilst striving for best practice across all areas of the warehouse operations.

**What will you be doing?**

This is a critical position managing the Victorian warehousing operations relationships to provide solution improvements that ensure the success of our warehouse distribution across Victoria.

In this position you will have a variety of responsibilities to add value to the organization and the wider Supply Chain team including;
- Developing a performance driven environment and to maximise the team’s potential through mentoring and training
- Measure KPI’s and performance of the warehouse operations
- Constant feedback and liaison with the warehouse team ensuring a productive, positive and safe operating environment for all staff
- Ensure that the Warehouse Operations is aligned to the strategic focus points of safety, service and cost while complying with local legislation and SOX
- Deliver excellent inventory management and inventory in line with the Company policy and expectations
- Implement new processes that reduce complexity and cost in the Warehousing Operations with particular focus on SAP or other third-party WMS opportunities

**About you**

To be successful in this position you will need to have the following experience, skills and attributes to help us continually improve our warehouse operations.
- Previous experience (3-5 years) managing a warehouse of a similar size experience with warehouse inventory, layout/design and storage solutions in a complex environment
- Strong knowledge of EHS standards and legislation applicable to Warehousing & Distribution
- Forklift License
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Leadership skills, including an ability to delegate, motivate and lead a high performing team
- Ability to be agile and work under pressure, maintaining a high quality of work
- Have a passion for customers
- SAP experience desirable
