Casual Warehouse Packer – 3PL Logistics

Location: Truganina, VIC | Hours: Ongoing Shifts, Mon–Fri 8am–4pm

As we continue to expand, we are looking for dependable and skilled warehouse packers to join our team on a casual basis.

About the Role

This hands-on role will see you working in a modern 3PL warehouse environment where no two days are the same. Duties include:

Order Packing & Dispatch

  • Pick and pack orders accurately in line with client requirements and packing slips.
  • Ensure correct labelling, documentation, and packaging standards are applied for all outbound consignments.
  • Verify order accuracy before sealing and dispatching.
  • Handle products safely and efficiently to prevent damage or contamination.
  • Stage completed orders in the appropriate dispatch area for carrier collection.

Quality & Accuracy

  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and presentation meet client standards.
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Supervisor or Inventory team.
  • Assist with maintaining packing area organisation and workflow efficiency.

Safety & Compliance

  • Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and manual handling guidelines.
  • Operate packing equipment, pallet jacks, or RF scanners as required.
  • Wear appropriate PPE and maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work area.

Teamwork & Communication

  • Work collaboratively with receiving, inventory, and dispatch teams to meet daily targets.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding order status, issues, or improvements.
  • Support other warehouse functions (picking, receiving, inventory counts) as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environment (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Physically fit individuals capable of safely lifting 20kg or more.
  • Availability for an 8am – 4pm shift Mon-Fri at our Truganina site.
