Mine Site Construction Services Pty Ltd is a leading Western Australian, privately owned civil and mining construction company with over 40 years of combined industry experience; specialising in mining services, civil engineering, earthmoving, infrastructure and quarrying services.

As we continue our long term sustainable growth, we are seeking a suitably skilled and experienced Maintenance (Workshop) Manager to lead our team and in-house maintenance of our fleet of heavy earthmoving, truck, light equipment and motor vehicles, within our impressive workshop facility in Welshpool.

**The Position**
- Management of our internal asset maintenance systems
- Compliance with all QHSE systems and procedures
- Recommendations for capital refurbishments for future budgeting activities
- Ensuring the most efficient and optimal usage of equipment
- Overall management of direct team members both local and on site
- Engagement and management of external contractors

Reporting to the Managing Director - Operations, this position is pivotal to our success in delivering well executed services to our clients. Therefore we are seeking a hands on leader who is enthusiastic and takes pride in mentoring and supporting the team to be their best.

**Key skills and experience**
- Minimum five (5) years Heavy Duty Mobile Plant Maintenance / Workshop Management experience
- Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Plant Mechanic) or equivalent Trade Qualification
- Relevant experience in fleet maintenance
- A team player with effective communication and collaboration skills
- A current Forklift license
- Drivers licence.
