Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager looking for your next challenge?

At Bis, we are looking for a person with workshop and maintenance management experience to manage our asset reliability for our one of largest load and haul contracts in Western Australia.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will ensure a consistent approach to asset management and continually enhance and maintain maintenance standards and practice.

This is a fly-in-fly-out position from Perth, available on an 8/6 roster.

**The Role**

A demonstrated ability to create an empowered high performing team culture will ensure targeted project outcomes are met in a timely manner, within budget and operating effectively and proficiently within a high safety focused environment.
- The successful applicant will possess qualifications and experience in the following:_
- Heavy Mechanical Trade Qualifications;
- Section 44 supervisory competency or equivalent;
- Extensive experience in management of heavy mobile plant maintenance workshop;
- Demonstrated team management experience within the mining industry;
- Strong understanding of statutory requirements for mobile plant operation;
- A passion for safety and demonstrated success in developing and leading teams with a strong safety culture;
- Excellent communication and engagement skills;
- Professional and positive approach to all matters; and
- Working knowledge of OHS legislation, regulation and codes.
