**POSITION**

Due to company growth, the position of Workshop Supervisor is now available.

This role will see you working from the workshop in Bunbury.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing the workshop production and efficiency of the team to ensure all projects are manufactured within quoted and budgeted man hours.
- Identify potential shortfall in workshop capacity and communicate to management. Suggest overtime requirements with management as required.
- Setting production targets
- Ensure health, safety and quality policies are followed
- Review and provide input into safety operatin procedures
- Oversee training of staff and apprentices
- Ensure maintenance for equipment and machinery

**CANDIDATE**

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have:

- Trade qualification as a boilermaker / welder
- Forklift license
- 5+ years experience in a workshop

e are ideally looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor from the Steel Fabrication industry, however we are open to anyone with 5+ years experience working in a Steel Fabrication workshop in a similar position to apply.
