IT Service Desk Technician - Great location - Contract

We are hiring for a Prestigious Sydney school for an experienced service desk analyst.

**Your new role**

As an IT support Analyst, you will be providing first and second level support to students and educators across a range of digital services including but not limited to, Device computing, MS Windows Operating Systems, Audio visual Technology, connectivity and collaboration tools.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows platforms and WINTEL environments
- Solid understanding and interest of ICT Hardware with the ability to repair and replace system components
- Good understanding of networking protocols and best practice network topologies
- Possess very good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously within a strong team environment
- Microsoft Server platforms/technologies, including Active Directory/IP/DNS
- Cisco networks product exposure/experience
- Apple products and platforms
