The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity join Dexus on a 12 month fixed term contact as a Facilities Manager. Based at our corporate office location at Quay Quarter Tower in Sydney, across 3 levels and reporting into General Manager, National Facilities, this role will manage and lead day to day operations related to social services across Facilities, Mail & Courier, Guest Relations, and Security. This role plays a significant part in providing a safe & positive workplace at Dexus Head Office.

How you will make an impact
- Responsible for management of all workspace enquiries.
- Management of all 3 levels of the corporate office.
- Manage the induction, access and works for all contractors arriving and performing works on tenancy. Key operational contact for Dexus liaising with building management and other stakeholders in head office.
- Ensure tenancy is well presented and always stocked to support the business.
- Lead Work Health & Safety across tenancy and operations.
- Manage accounts payable and expenses.
- Ensuring tenancy is well presented and always stocked to support business.
- Vendor & supplier relationship management.

About You
- Minimum of 5 + years’ experience in similar facilities management role.
- Exposure to high end corporate environments.
- Previous experience in Hospitality and Guest Relations would be desirable.
- Ability to build relationships effectively.
- Highly flexible and adaptable in a changing and demanding environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Please note this role is required to work 5 days on site.
