Assisting a Partner, Senior Associate & Lawyer in a growing Commercial Financial Services team, you'll enjoy being involved in interesting and complex matters.

This
**pivotal role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives on being busy and using their initiative on a daily basis**.

Some of your key duties will include;
- diary management, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
- typing, proof reading and editing documents
- drafting general correspondence
- preparing monthly billing and client reports
- extensive internal and external client liaison
- other administrative tasks to assist these busy Partners

**Skills & experience we'd love...**
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 4 years experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally in Corporate & Commercial/Financial Services law together with;
- excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- top organisational skills
- a keen eye for detail
- advanced MS Office skills
- a positive and professional work attitude
