The Gordon is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Communications and Marketing Manager. In this position, you will lead a talented team in crafting and executing strategic communication and marketing initiatives that enhance The Gordon’s brand in vocation education and training within the community.

Your responsibilities include guiding the team to effectively convey The Gordon’s vision and priorities through various channels, such as the website, social media platforms, and traditional media outlets. Additionally, you will offer direction to internal and external stakeholders on communication strategies, collaborating closely with the CEO and Executive team to provide expert counsel.

As a people leader, you will engage and inspire your team, creating a high performing culture of excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.
