**About the Role**

Are you ready to be part of an exciting growth phase within our Marketing & Communications Team? Do you want to be part of a positive and engaged team delivering meaningful work for an iconic Geelong institution?

Our new Marketing Advisor will be instrumental in developing our marketing strategies and providing marketing expertise across the team and wider business. You will partner with a variety of stakeholders across The Gordon in understanding their needs and developing, planning and executing marketing campaigns to meet The Gordon’s strategic direction. You will develop and enhance best practice processes and assist with our ways of working.

Some key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Work with key areas across The Gordon to identify opportunities and challenges, using your expertise to lead marketing and communications strategies from planning through to execution
- Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to lead and deliver timely, on-brand, marketing campaigns, collateral and content.
- Build and develop positive relationships with business centres and external stakeholders to grow and nurture relationships and provide advice on student recruitment and brand awareness opportunities.
- Advise, influence and facilitate the implementation and integration of new marketing initiatives to enable achievement of business objectives and recruitment targets.
- Analyse campaign performance, measure ROI and deliver clear, succinct marketing reports that enable informed change initiatives and best practice.

**Salary**:
$95,388 - $108,306 p.a plus Superannuation

**About You**:
To thrive in this role, you'll bring a mix of strategic thinking, campaign management, hands-on marketing expertise and strong communication skills. We're looking for someone who can confidently advise stakeholders and help turn ideas into engaging marketing outcomes.

Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve operational challenges and contribute innovative ideas.
- Proven campaign management capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, targeted communication strategies, and end-to-end project delivery and evaluation.
- Expertise in providing strategic marketing advice across a range of media channels
- Well-developed research and analytical skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and brand-aligned written communications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage external stakeholders (including agency and media partners) to achieve effective campaign and project outcomes.
