Our flagship brand, Edencraft International, builds premium, high-performance fiberglass boats for serious offshore adventurers. We’re now looking for a **highly skilled, creative, and data-driven Marketing Manager** to lead our national and international brand growth across all divisions.

**About the Role**

As **Marketing Manager**, you’ll take full ownership of the Edencraft Group’s marketing engine — blending content creation, campaign strategy, advertising, PR, and digital tools to deliver powerful results. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be working directly with the General Manager (Josie), sales and service teams, and our international partners.

You’ll lead Edencraft’s expansion into new markets, champion our storytelling across all platforms, and use AI and automation to scale our marketing effectiveness. You’ll also develop PR strategies for key leaders and drive brand growth by showcasing both our **people and our product**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute high-quality content — photo, video, written — that captures the Edencraft lifestyle and product experience
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and customer acquisition
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline content, generate campaign ideas, and automate marketing processes
- Develop and lead international marketing strategies to support global dealer expansion and product exports
- Manage executive-level PR and build personal brand strategies for Edencraft’s leadership team
- Track performance via analytics (Google Analytics, Meta, HubSpot), reporting regularly on growth, ROI, and brand performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, and Creative to align on messaging and objectives
- Support the delivery of events, trade shows, and product launches as required

**About You**

We’re looking for a **high-performance marketer** who blends creative execution, commercial thinking, and a genuine passion for the outdoors. You don’t just tell great stories — you capture them.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- 5+ years in marketing, content, or digital advertising roles
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (strategy to execution)
- Hands-on skills in photography and videography, particularly in outdoor or adventure settings
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and brand-building skills
- Advanced proficiency using ChatGPT and AI tools for content creation and automation
- Analytical, data-driven, and confident in reporting on results
- Experience with HubSpot (preferred) or similar CRM/marketing tools
- Bonus: Experience managing events, shows, or product launches
- Strong design skills using **Canva**, **Photoshop**, **Illustrator**, or similar tools to build ads, social posts, and campaign assets
- Proficient in **photo and video editing** (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile-friendly alternatives)
