We are looking for a bright and resourceful **Marketing & Communications Coordinator** to join the team at MicrotechDPS on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in executing our day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns. This exciting role offers fantastic scope and structure, with a pre-set marketing strategy and brand refresh already in hand. This position can be based out of our Wodonga, Wagga Wagga or Geelong offices.

**Things You’ll Do**
- Partner with internal teams and marketing partners to coordinate marketing strategies and campaigns to showcase our services, generate leads and boost brand awareness
- Work with internal teams and web developers to ensure engaging content is featured on our company website
- Track, analyse and report on the performance of our company website, including SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, etc
- Maintain our company SharePoint sites
- Update our social media platforms and create engagement with our online community
- Coordinate external events for customers and internal events for the team
- Develop sales and marketing collateral for digital and print media requirements
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and reports
- Plan and purchase company merchandise and other promotional items
- Track our progress against key marketing metrics through monthly reporting
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by sharing your thoughts, ideas and recommendations
