**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity within our Strategy team for a Change Partner to help with delivery and benefits realisation on high impact projects by providing change management advice, both as part of dedicated project teams and as an advisor for smaller change initiatives.

The role will require a strong change management specialist with previous experience delivering cross functional project initiatives within complex and fast paced organisations. Working with other change professionals the Change Partner will input to the Officeworks Project Portfolio, to allow for proactive planning and project delivery. The Change Partner is expected to input into business case development, lend their support to in-flight projects, and share knowledge and Change thought leadership with the broader delivery partners and Strategy team.

Currently, the position is based at our Support Office in East Bentleigh, Victoria and we support a hybrid work approach (on-site and working from home).

**About you**:
Further, you will possess.
- Proven change management delivery in complex programs requiring the management of multiple stakeholders and sponsors
- Ability to work with stakeholders across the organisation (senior leaders, support office, retail stores and distribution centres)
- Collaborate effectively with key change delivery partners including central operations, learning and development and internal communications
- An understanding of risks and issues within the project and change management process
- Proven ability to identify, escalate and mitigate people related issues as they relate to change programs
