**About the Company**

Reporting into the Head of Operations where you will be part of a people-based business where they work with clients who make a difference in the world. As the team coordinator you will be required take on a 5 month contract where you will be working in their Tullamarine office being an integral part of the team.**Key skills/ responsibilities**:
- Coordinating workflow for their state
- Setting up new starters
- Managing purchase orders and invoices
- Attending meetings, taking minutes
- Preparation of presentations
- Organising travel
**About you**:
- Previous administration experience supporting a team
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong professional relationships
- Strong organisational skills
- SAP ideal
- Strong MS Office experience
