**We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Supervisor who is responsible for leading our sales team and overseeing daily store operations.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for working alongside our Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to inspire our dedicated team to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture.
- Communicate our brand vision, drive store results, and develop a strong customer base in our fast-paced store.
- Support the store manager and assistant store manager in implementing sales strategies, monitoring store and employee performance and morale.
- Ability to provide ongoing training and support for our sales team.

**Your Contribution and Experience**:

- At least 2-3 years prior experience as a Retail Sales Associate/ Team leader.
- Effective communication skills, including interpersonal skills to adapt communication depending on interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic computer skills, along with an understanding how to use systems (ex. POS).
- A passion for the retail environment and providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the businesses trading hours.
- An ability to demonstrate a can-do attitude and react positively to changing work demands.
- Previous Experience supervising at least a team of 10-15.
