Your brand-new role as a BI Reporting Analyst will see you working within the finance department providing data analytics, customised reports and dashboards that support business as usual requirements as well as on-going projects, special projects, and new initiatives.

**Key accountabilities**
- Engage with senior stakeholders across the business functions to support their data analysis and customised report requirements definitions, reports and dashboards development
- Gather and inspect data to deduce information, developing metrics to support and drive business decisions
- Generate customised reports and dashboards as well as maintain them
- Maintenance of regular reporting requirements (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
- Undertakes performance and strategic analysis of key initiatives
- Supports the annual budgeting process by building and maintaining a suite of customer planning tools
- Maintenance and development of sales performance and KPI reports

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience producing reports and dashboard development skills using Microsoft Power BI
- Experienced in data mining and extraction between systems and business apps using SQL
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (used of macros, pivot tables, vlookups)
- Excellent data analysis and ability to interpret data
- Experience in the design and development of reporting tools and dashboards
- Analytical and problem-solving skills and very detail oriented
- Exposure to MS Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, and Salesforce CRM highly regarded
- Excellent oral and written communication skills capable of engaging across different levels within the business
