**About the role**:
We have a great opportunity to join our Data and Insights team as a Customer Reporting Analyst for a 6 month contract. Reporting to the Customer Reporting Lead you will be responsible for supporting customer reporting and its platforms and assisting with process improvement and automation initiatives within the Data, Insights and Analytics team.

Key Activities Include:

- Support of the operational customer reporting activities.
- Champion the voice of the customer by ensuring every customer feedback is actioned by the appropriate stakeholder.
- Assign customer feedback with the correct classifier. Distribute daily reports and help stakeholders understand feedback.
- Design, develop, and implement new reports and dashboards.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and data analysis upon request.
- Assist in as hoc analysis and insights to solve business problems and influence business direction.

Currently, the position is based at our Support Office in East Bentleigh, Victoria and we support a hybrid work approach (on-site and working from home).

**About you**:

- Degree qualified within a Commerce or IT discipline will be highly regarded.
- Experience using the Microsoft suite, especially advanced Excel (e.g., VBA / macros).
- Comfortable in handling large datasets.
- Passionate about customer and willing to go above and beyond for the team and our stakeholders.
- A proactive and ’can do’ attitude.
- Good stakeholder management skills with an ability to articulate insights to influence commercial outcomes.
- Retail and customer-facing experience preferred.
