**Assistant Executive Housekeeper - Infinity Hospitality**:

Infinity Hospitality is seeking a motivated and detail-driven **Assistant Executive Housekeeper** to play a key leadership role in supporting the Executive Housekeeper. You will help deliver exceptional housekeeping operations at one of our premium client properties near Sydney Airport.

As part of our passionate and high-performing team, you’ll contribute to delivering outstanding service, immaculate cleanliness, and a welcoming guest experience — while fostering a positive and supportive team culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
- Supervise and support room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry staff to ensure consistent productivity and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain Infinity Hospitality’s service standards and client expectations.
- Monitor and manage inventory of linen, amenities, and supplies, including ordering and stock control.
- Assist with staff rostering to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members, promoting excellence and accountability.
- Respond promptly to guest feedback or complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Support onboarding of new staff while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Uphold WHS, infection control, and hygiene practices to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with hotel management, front office, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service and room readiness.
