Executive Housekeeper – NSW

Ozone is seeking a
hands-on, experienced, and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper
to lead our housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a
    hands-on approach
    in overseeing daily housekeeping operations across assigned sites.
  • Manage, train, and support housekeeping staff to maintain consistent quality standards.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control of cleaning supplies.
  • Collaborate with management and clients to deliver exceptional service outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a housekeeping leadership role (hotel, property, or commercial cleaning industry preferred).

Strong people management skills with a
willingness to lead by example
.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Flexibility with working hours, including weekends if required.
